Senior Event Production & Logistics Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Production Lead to oversee end-to-end stage design, vendor management, audio-visual technical setups, and protocol logistics for major corporate conventions and development expos.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in event production agencies.
• Proven track record managing large-scale stages (LED mapping, trussing, line-array sound).
• Strong leadership skills with ability to supervise technical crews under tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor coordination abilities.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead on-site technical production, stage setup, and cue-to-cue execution for high-profile events.
• Coordinate with venue authorities, sound & lighting vendors, and protocol teams.
• Supervise safety measures, electrical backups, and venue floor plans.
• Manage event budgets and post-event technical reconciliation reports.
